Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At Threat Simplified, we believe that cybersecurity knowledge should be accessible, accurate, and responsible. This Ethics Statement outlines the principles that guide our work.
Accuracy & Integrity
We strive to provide information that is factually accurate, timely, and well-sourced. Vulnerability data is referenced directly from authoritative sources, including the National Vulnerability Database (NVD). Where AI-assisted summaries are used, all content is reviewed for accuracy and clarity.
Responsible Disclosure
We never publish or promote exploit code or methods that could actively endanger systems or individuals. All technical content is intended for defensive, educational, and awareness purposes only.
Independence
Our research and reporting are not influenced by advertisers, affiliates, or sponsors. If an article contains affiliate links or sponsored content, it will be clearly disclosed.
Commitment to Readers
We write for both everyday users and professionals, ensuring that content is clear for all levels of technical knowledge. We welcome feedback and corrections, and we will promptly update content if errors are found.
Threat Simplified’s goal is simple: Research, Teach, Protect.
We believe that better-informed users are safer users.
